Camp Bisco – Scranton
Date: July 14-16
Located at Montage Mountain, Camp Bisco is in its 14th year and going strong. This festival features brilliants artists in the electronica realm. Headliners include: The Discobiscuits, Odesza, Zeds Dead and RL Grime.
Catskill Chill – Lakewood
Date: September 23-25
The Catskill Chill features the best jams this side of the Mississippi. Take in the sounds of headliners like Greensky Bluegrass, Mike Gordon (Phish Bassist), Dopapod and Keller Williams’ Grateful Grass, a band that performs bluegrass versions of all of your favorite Grateful Dead tunes.
Rock Allegiance – Philadelphia
Date: September 17-18
Granted, there’s no camping at the Rock Allegiance festival but the quality of the lineup more than makes up for it. If you are child of the 90s, you should feel right at home rocking out to Slayer, The Offspring and Anthrax.
